I launched Though Very Humble in 2012 to share my love of lettering, drawing, and design. I specialize in taking two old-fashioned forms of art-- portraiture and monograms-- and making them modern again.
Every piece is carefully designed to look and feel different and personal. I take pride in drawing all monograms by hand (the old-school way) with the help of a digital pen and tablet. As much as I obsess over typography, I treasure the simple beauty of penmanship.
When I'm not doodling, you'll find me cooking and crafting, chasing a mischievous pug, cuddling my son Henry, or laughing with my husband, Michael. I also blog at Little Tin Soldier, a modern tale of art meets girl.
